Improving the efficiency of federal property management processes for Federal Property Management Agency, the authorized federal agency responsible for managing federal properties

The Federal Property Management agency deployed an automated state property management system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM in just one year. GMCS was one of the executors of the project.

The system allows the agency to:

• Achieve full control of the public services provision process from receipt of the application request to its complete execution
• Reduce the time for operations supervisors to perform day-to-day regular tasks
• Receive the necessary reports faster
• Integrate it with the state property management system that includes electronic document management subsystem and multi-agency portal, as well as with the interagency electronic interface and unified public services portal
  

The total number of system users is projected to reach 3,000 people.

GMCS continues to partner with the agency to provide system maintenance and development, and user support.
