- Implementation, development and technical support of enterprise management information system including finance, financial investments accounting, separate costs accounting, IFRS and other processes
- Construction and implementation of a single automated system for risk management and internal control
- Real-time accounting of warehouse operations and processes, and optimization of remains and its storage space
Project on track:
- Implementation of HRM system, based on SuccessFactors HCM: recruitment, onboarding, KPI monitoring, assessment, training, career planning and analytics. The total number of system users is 45 000.
