Comprehensive development of enterprise applications to enhance corporate management for Altyntau Resources, a leading gold producer and refiner in Kazakhstan
GMCS has implemented a number of enterprise application projects aimed at improving the company’s financial transparency, planning efficiency and business management.
The projects were as follows:
- Optimized and automated current and new operations, annual planning and electronic document business processes within the existing corporate information management system that is based on Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Developed an automated system based on IBM Cognos for budgeting and calculating production cost which gave the company the ability to conduct scenario planning for all product types, automate the cost of production calculations, and monitor product and work in progress inventory
