Electric Networks of Armenia
Automating the finance and accounting management processes for Electric Networks of Armenia, a subsidiary of INTER RAO UES and a provider and distributor of electricity in the Republic of Armenia
GMCS was selected by the company to automate its finance and accounting processes. GMCS developed a corporate information system that can effectively solve operational issues related to cash flow management, cost and variance analysis, real costs, revenues and profits, as well as reduce the cost of equipment repair. The project also incorporated electronic document management to streamline the processes.
The project was the largest implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX in the Republic of Armenia.
