Leveraging management effectiveness for Ammoni, integrated chemical complex
Implementation of several projects within the multi-platform system of enterprise management:
- ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. Production: production planning and management, including shipment of finished product, automation of repair and maintenance using GMCS EAM solution. Finance: treasury, bookkeeping and tax accounting
- Integration of JSC Ammoni’s ERP system with 1C:Accounting, which is used by one of JSC Ammoni's distribution companies for financial accounting. A unified master data (NSI) database has been created to eliminate duplicate data entry.
- Automated budgeting system based on IBM Cognos (Cash Flow Budget, application campaign for financial responsibility centers, financial consolidation under IFRS, plan-fact analysis and reporting)
- Implementation and maintenance of HRM system based on “Boss-Kadrovik”
