Development and implementation of HR system for Knauf – one of the largest Russian companies in the production of gypsum-based building materials, with nine plants, nine marketing firms and an extensive network of training centers

The personnel management solution developed by GMCS based on the BOSS-Kadrovik allows Knauf to:

  • Implement a single centralized personnel policy across its group of companies
  • Achieve effective planning and better management of staffing costs 
  • Control corporate policy related to motivation and training
  • Implement staff recruitment and qualifications evaluation

The partnership between GMCS and Knauf began in 2006. Since then and until now, GMCS has been providing technical support and development for Knauf’s HR management system.
