GMCS delivers the following:
- Creation, implementation and follow-up support of a unified automated Treasury Management system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX that centralized treasury management and improved monitoring of financial flows in the enterprise; the project was recognized as Best Treasury Automation Project in Financial Director Magazine’s 2013 Financial Director National Award.
- Automation of treasury functions for Сentralized Treasury in the Russian Post: generation of payment calendars and payment orders, reconciliation of bank statements. An analytical reporting system was adapted to collect information based on historical data. As a result, the company completely abandoned paper approvals.
- Creation and replication of Unified Automated System of Postal offices. Developed on the principle of a "one-stop-shop service ", the solution replaced more than 15 different software products. The system improved the quality of service and made it possible to provide all types of services in 42 thousand post offices throughout the country. The output of new products was significantly simplified; any product launched (online or offline) is adapted and built into the general online service combined with the system.
- System development for modeling the main and regional mail logistics is based on a River Logic product. With the help of a mathematical model, specialists can calculate and plan the most efficient route and method (rail, auto, air, water) forwarding mail to anywhere in Russia. The system executes calculations that used to take a long time and be done manually in a matter of minutes. According to the Russian Post, the system makes it possible to reduce logistics costs by 10-15%.
- Implementation and technical support of a reporting system on the usage of personal identification cards for customers to improve management of the customer loyalty.
