Improving customer service efficiency for Ahlers, the Belgian logistics company providing services in Russia since 1993
The partnership aimed at the creation of a yard management system to help Ahlers optimally manage the cargo yard.
The solution includes a portal to Microsoft Azure, which was implemented by GMCS for one of Ahlers' customers in a short time. Thanks to the integration with the warehouse system, the logistics company can predict when and how many people need to be involved for loading, how long it will take to complete an order, and how to optimally fill the gaps.
