Deployed information and planning systems for Xerox, a leading digital printing equipment manufacturer and technology solutions provider for professional printing
GMCS implemented a number of critical projects for Xerox as follows:
- An analytical information and corporate data warehousing system based on SAP BW to increase the efficiency of financial results analysis and preparation of corporate reporting
- A planning system based on SAP BW-BPS used by employees in Xerox’s commercial departments located in 22 countries. Xerox’s Russian subsidiary also have the ability to use the system to automate the evaluation process of distributors’ sales plans and calculate bonuses
Results of the project:
- Reduced preparation time for corporate reporting
- Increased effectiveness of sales planning
