Russian Football Union

Development of a digital platform for distance learning for the Russian Football Union (RFS), the all-Russian public organization that develops and popularizes football

The solution is based on WebSoft, a Russian LMS system. The system implementation is a part of the measures to popularize football, increase the digital literacy of personnel by gaining access to the knowledge from anywhere in the country, and train young specialists from scratch.

Digital platform features are:

  • Training for both professionals and non-professionals: judges, coaches

  • Certification of the administrative personnel

  • Work with various digital content: e-courses, streaming videos, recording webinars

  • High quality of educational and examination materials. Training materials should meet the requirements of the RFS Academy, as well as world industry standards

  • Analytics of course completion and certifications, down to every exercise and user action

  • Simplified system interface for regional divisions to make the learning process simple, clear, and more convenient

The active phase of this project fell on the COVID-19 pandemic. The prototype system was set up in just 2 weeks thanks to a combination of the classic design approach and agile.

Cooperation with GMCS continues within the framework of technical support and development of the platform.
