- Robot recruiter: robotization of the recruitment process (selection of a resume according to specified criteria, sending it to the responsible department for approval, an invitation to the applicant for an interview, or sending test results and confirmation of going to work)
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the HR department and finding bottlenecks. The robot informs the management about how much time employees have devoted to the recruiting process and records the time intervals from the start of working with a resume to hiring or sending a refusal
- Collaboration on other RPA tasks
