Robotic process automation based on the UiPath platform:

• Robot recruiter: robotization of the recruitment process (selection of a resume according to specified criteria, sending it to the responsible department for approval,  an invitation to the applicant for an interview, or sending test results and confirmation of going to work)
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the HR department and finding bottlenecks. The robot informs the management about how much time employees have devoted to the recruiting process and records the time intervals from the start of working with a resume to hiring or sending a refusal
• Collaboration on other RPA tasks

• The robot recruiter can process about 10 thousand resumes daily
• Saving up to 30% of the working time of the HR department
• Ability to deploy the robot to other TMK enterprises in less than 1 working day
