EuroChem
Creating a unified digital environment for employee development for EuroChem, a leading Russian producer of mineral fertilizers.
Development of a corporate learning and personnel development management system based on Websoft HCM: covering training, onboarding, and mentoring processes across all company regions. The system is integrated with EuroChem's own internal ecosystem, "RITM," ensuring seamless data exchange and a single entry point for HR services.
Areas of collaboration:
-
Learning Management: The learning process has been optimized and automated — from creating an annual plan to generating detailed analytical reports for evaluating program effectiveness, budget planning, and ROI calculation.
-
Onboarding: The onboarding process has been completely redesigned into a flexible and personalized format. The system automatically assigns a program to each new employee from their first day. Administrators can quickly configure standard programs to suit the specifics of departments, plants, or positions. New employees receive all information through the corporate mobile application.
-
Mentoring: Support for building a mentor talent pool has been implemented through a self-nomination mechanism. A formalized request for assignment has simplified the creation of mentoring pairs, while automatic order generation has reduced the HR workload and accelerated the process launch. Evaluating mentor performance has become objective thanks to a feedback collection system.
-
Recommendation Service: The recommendation service creates personalized selections of courses and materials based on employee interests, transforming the system from an administrative tool into a personal HR assistant.
System features:
-
A unified personnel training plan aligned with the company's business goals.
-
Centralized training request submission, simplifying the process for both employees and HR specialists.
-
Detailed reports for HR and managers, enabling progress tracking and quick response to difficulties during the onboarding process.
-
An onboarding cycle that concludes with regular feedback collection from the employee and manager for continuous process improvement.
-
Comprehensive mentoring reports, allowing measurement of mentoring's contribution to developing key competencies and the successful onboarding of new employees.
