Digitalization of management processes for Otkritie Bank, the one of top 10 major banks in Russia, a systemically important credit institution

The cooperation with GMCS included:

  • Automation of business planning and cost allocation based on IBM Planning Analytics. The system was launched in autumn 2020. The system launch helped to reduce the time and quality of plan preparation, made the KPI consolidation for the subsidiaries easier, and increased the accuracy of planning models and the speed of response to changes.

  • Automation of customer informing about the bank offers based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM through multiple channels (SMS, IP-telephony, e-mail). The project is aimed improving sales management effectiveness, including cross-selling.
