Improving efficiency of retail chain management for a company “Pyatyu Pyat”, dynamically developing supermarket chain
Development of a BI system based on QlikView for analysis of key performance indicators:
- Sales analysis (factor analysis, check analytics, cannibalization, elasticity, etc.)
- Assortment analysis (ABC XYZ analysis, Dibba-Simkin diagram, BCG matrix, analysis of illiquid assets, the effectiveness of the assortment matrix, etc.)
- Marketing and customer analysis (customer segmentation, outflow / inflow analysis, analysis of marketing actions, prices, comparison with competitors, etc.)
- Analysis and control of logistics (analysis of procurement, supply and security of the sales plan, goods turnover, stock balances in the company's warehouses, out-of-stock analysis)
The BI system has been in operation since 2017. The data obtained is used to manage more than 50 stores operating in Voronezh and the region.
