Implementation of an automated budgeting system based on the Forsight. Budgeting and Consolidation platform – one of the largest projects of its kind in the education sector. As part of the project, the system integrates the management accounting components (previously deployed on foreign software) with financial and economic activities (FEA), taking into account the specific features of the educational process and the university's operational profile. This enables end-to-end planning – from strategic objectives down to operational performance indicators.
