Improving effectiveness of business processes management for the National Management Holding “Baiterek” conducting financial and investment development in the Republic of Kazakhstan
The project team, which included GMCS, implemented a solution to automate data collection and analysis of the key business processes of the Corporate Center and subsidiaries "Baiterek".
The system components are budget planning, financial consolidation, treasury and risks management.
The system also allows monitoring the objectives achievement and key performance indicators (KPI) of subsidiaries to take corrective measures in time and prepare internal reporting and reports to authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
