ALROSA

Increased efficiency of HR management for ALROSA, the leader of the world diamond mining industry

The cooperation included a few projects:

  • Creation of a unified digital HR space as a part of the digital transformation in HR management. The processes of personnel administration, payroll calculation, benefits and compensations for more than 20 thousand ALROSA employees have been automated. The project laid the foundation for payroll automation.

  • A new HR system based on the BOSS-Kadrovik platform has replaced the previous solution based on other Russian software.

  • Replication of the HRM solution based on BOSS-Kadrovik in the subsidiaries of the ALROSA Group (in just 3 months): Diamonds ALROSA, The United Selling Organization of ALROSA and ALROSA-Transsnab. The project was completed in 2010 to optimize personnel management procedures across the group, in particular, the wage leave reserve calculation.

  • Extended technical support for the HR system. As part of the service, several new reports have been developed in the system, the algorithms for accruals and deductions have been adjusted following the industry specifics.
