Integrated automation of business management for the Russian representative office of POLARIS, international holding producing household appliances
Implemented in partnership with GMCS, the solution on the base of Microsoft Dynamics AX provides:
- Transparent records of goods movement and storage, control of stock balance in real time
- Improved supply planning (reservation, delivery, storage), including from warehouses in Europe
- Calculation of production costs in each transportation stage including transportation and duty costs
- Records of marginal profit from sales with maximum details on sale bills by several analytical features
- Preparation of advanced management reporting using OPAL means
The project has been implemented with the use of GMCS’ purpose-built solutions for warehouse complex and supply chain.
