GMCS implemented a unified treasury management system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and its own solution.
The solution provides transparent financial management of the company. A payment calendar is set up for the medium-term and daily management of the company's cash flows. The system also executes the accounting of contracts, intercompany operations, budgeting.
The company's management board can approve requests for payment and monitor the key financial indicators with usage of the portal, consolidating information from different IT systems.
Cooperation with GMCS continues within the system development.
