Websoft announces the launch of an update for large businesses

The leading Russian software developer in the field of HR automation and personnel management, Websoft, announces the creation of a new direction — Websoft Enterprise Solutions.

The goal of the direction will be to develop and provide specialized HR automation solutions for large Enterprise segment companies that provide the highest level of information security, scalability, and methodological support.

The new solutions are based on the Websoft Enterprise platform, which includes advanced BPM components, flexible tools for customization and integration with any external systems and modules. In a rapidly changing market environment, this approach is in demand by companies that need to quickly adapt HR processes to new formats and requirements. All Websoft Enterprise Solutions solutions are optimized for secure local deployment in the customer's infrastructure, which ensures data protection and privacy.

"We have been familiar with the Websoft platform for a long time and have been able to work with the Enterprise version for some time, — says Sergey Safonov, Director of Integrated HR Solutions at GMCS, — At the request of the vendor, we participated in the analysis of the complexity of the improvements. The result is impressive: on average, process modifications, configuration or functional development on this platform can be carried out 4-5 times faster and cheaper than on other domestic solutions. Together, this gives the business a strategic advantage, because in large organizations, the full cost of ownership and the speed of implementation are the most important."

During the development of Websoft Enterprise Solutions, special attention was paid to the challenges that large and super-large companies face on a daily basis:

  • Information security — compliance with the highest standards of data protection, reliable protection of personal and corporate information.

  • Scalability — the ability to work stably under high loads and easily integrate new modules using BPM components.

  • Consulting support — instrumental and methodological assistance in the development of HR processes based on the best Russian and international practices.

Together with Websoft, the project involves leading integrators with extensive expertise in HR automation, such as NORBIT, GMCS (MT-Integration Group), Evola, Ecopsi Consulting, Softline, Molga, etc. They have already established full-fledged competence centers for working with Websoft solutions and are involved in the development of the platform.

Vladimir Vertogradov, Managing Director of NORBIT, notes: "We see a high market demand for comprehensive, technological and adaptive HR solutions that can replace western systems and at the same time demonstrate high results not only in technical terms, but also in methodological support. Websoft Enterprise Solutions opens up new opportunities for implementation and adaptation that meet the current needs of the largest Russian companies."

Arthur Zakharyan, Director of Strategy at Websoft, emphasizes the importance of the new direction: "Today our company has more than 500 clients, we have been working on HR automation in Russia for more than 25 years. The new division of Websoft Enterprise Solutions will allow us to take into account the needs of large businesses even more profoundly, ensuring a high level of security and methodological support. Today, large companies from vendors need, first of all, certainty and confidence in a long-term partnership, as well as joint responsibility for the result. The development of the Websoft BPM platform with a microservice architecture will give businesses the flexibility and stability that are becoming critical success factors in modern realities."
