ROK-1 chose “VerEx. Veterinary” solution to integrate with Mercury Federal System

ROK-1 Group of Companies, a leader of the fish processing industry in Russia, prepared for electronic veterinary document management. The company integrated with Mercury Federal System using “VerEx. Veterinary” solution. The products are delivered to retail outlets in accordance with the requirements of the Rosselkhoznadzor in the field of food safety. 

ROK-1 is a full-cycle enterprise of fish production. The company buys raw materials from domestic and foreign suppliers, processes it on its own high-tech manufacturing facilities and sells through trading platforms under several brands: Sea Planet, A'more, Fresh Fish, and private label. 

To minimize the risks, the company chose an integration solution of GMCS – “VerEx. Veterinary”. The solution provides data exchange between the ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX and Mercury Federal System for the execution of electronic veterinary accompanying documents. Operations related to the movement of products between several business entities of the company occur automatically. The Rosselkhoznadzor receives correct and up-to-date information on internal movements.

The main requirement for IT contractor was minimal intervention in current business processes during integration.
