Robot based on the UiPath RPA platform provides verification of counterparties in Mitsubishi Corporation

GMCS has developed a counterparty verification robot for Mitsubishi Corporation (RUS), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, a global integrated corporation. Counterparty verification is performed by a robot based on the UiPath RPA platform using a multifactor scoring model.

Checking counterparties using popular platforms and services is one of the most time-consuming processes, taking up to 20% of specialists' time on average. In order to optimize the verification processes and bring them to the digital level, Mitsubishi Corporation (RUS) decided to use robotics. GMCS proposed to transfer routine processes to a robot based on the UiPath RPA platform, significantly expand the list of resources and introduce a scoring model for verification.

"The robot allows you to verify new counterparties and monitor the reliability of existing ones. The calculation of the total risk, as well as the identification of stop factors for working with the organization, takes place using a scoring model. Using a robot greatly simplifies the work of specialists, allowing for a comprehensive inspection with minimal costs. We plan to use the successful experience of robotics to further optimize the company's internal processes," comments Denis Sidorenko, Head of Information Technology Projects, Mitsubishi Corporation (RUS).

The scoring model developed by GMCS is based on 18 indicators calculated on the basis of official sources (Unified Register of Legal Entities/ Uniform State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs, Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information, Unified Information System in the field of procurement, arbitration files, etc.). According to the results of the audit, the robot evaluates and assigns a point to the counterparty for each indicator. Thus, the internal rating of counterparties for Mitsubishi Corporation (RUS) is formed.

"The RPA solution is a standard one and can be used to check counterparties in any industry. The implementation time is from one month and depends on the specifics of business processes and the complexity of the scoring model," notes Dmitry Smykalov, Head of RPA Department, GMCS.
