MT-Integration Group has successfully deployed a strategic HR process management system powered by the Russian CPM/IBP platform Optimacros. This comprehensive solution enables centralized control over critical HR metrics including workforce structure, payroll dynamics, budget expenditures, and bonus programs while facilitating scenario modeling for personnel decisions.

The implementation, executed in collaboration with GMCS (an MT-Integration Group company), replaced over 50 disparate Excel spreadsheets, reducing report generation time from three weeks to mere hours while significantly enhancing HR process transparency. The system eliminates manual data entry errors and enables real-time assessment of how personnel decisions impact key business metrics, allowing HR teams to shift focus from report compilation to strategic analysis and forecasting.
