MAYKOR-GMCS developed a treasury management system for JSC "Integrated Digital Network"

MAYKOR-GMCS completed the first stage of treasury management system implementation for Joint Stock Company "Integrated Digital Network" based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

The company "Integrated Digital Network" develops and implements modern digital solutions for the entertainment industry and organizations managing copyright and related rights.

The unified treasury management system ensures centralized management of the company's cash flows providing effective control over operating costs. Taking into account the business specifics, the customer conducts a large number of internal and external payments. The system automatically approves and forms payment logs based on the payment calendar. The system also executes the accounting of contracts, intercompany operations and budgeting.

For the operational analysis of key financial indicators, GMCS implemented a portal consolidating information from several information systems. Thereby, the management board can assess the current financial condition and take the necessary management steps at any time.

"This is not our first attempt to automate the treasury management processes. The previously implemented solutions did not meet our needs, and the accounting was mainly handled manually in Excel. By choosing the ready-made solution of MAYKOR-GMCS based on Dynamics AX, we were able to solve our management tasks," says Alexander Chislov, CEO of Integrated Digital Network.

The new treasury management system employs more than 100 users. The next project stages will include the development of the system's functionality and automation of other accounting areas.

In addition to the standard functions, the system covers a number of functions related to the specifics of the customer's business. In particular, it is the intellectual integration that not only facilitates the transfer of counterparties cards, settlement accounts, contracts, payments and statements to the accounting system but also allows us to quickly connect and establish data exchange with other related systems," adds Ksenia Chernikova, Business Director of MAYKOR-GMCS.
