Kamchatskenergo offers its consumers new digital services

Kamchatskenergo cares about its consumers. The company has launched new digital services – personal account and chatbot. These services are based on the VerEx Platform, a complex of GMCS company's own solutions.

The new personal account allows you to send meter readings, download a copy of the receipt, receive a payment document by e-mail, and see the payment history. Receipts are available the next day after the payment has been made. Consumers can see the payment document before it gets to them in the mailbox.

The chatbot, based on a popular messaging application, robotizes customer information management and support services. Available 24/7, it improves customer service quality and helps to prevent the occurrence of receivables.

“New customer services are meant to simplify communication and make all services more convenient. We are going to continue optimizing operating processes and increasing the digital potential of our company,” said Alexandra Zhosan, Director of Energosbyt Branch, PJSC Kamchatskenergo.

GMCS started cooperation with PJSC Kamchatskenergo in 2011. It was a project of billing system implementation that supports a full cycle of settlements with consumers, contract accounting and specific work to reduce receivables. 

“When developing the personal accounts and chatbot, we paid special attention to the security of personal data. In addition to robotic services and billing, we offer energy companies solutions based on Verex Platform for calculating balances and loss reduction, mobile applications, industry business analytics, and solutions using Data Mining,” said Sergey Zavelishko, Business Director, GMCS.
