Hoff implements RPA with the help of GMCS

GMCS and Hoff, one of the largest and fast-growing companies among Russian furniture chains, have agreed to collaborate in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) based on UiPath.

Creating a digital workforce (virtual workers) is one of the key elements of the Hoff development strategy. The retailer considers finance, customer service, procurement, and HR to be priority areas for robotization.

UiPath has been chosen as a technological platform as a result of a thorough analysis of RPA solutions presented on the market. The retailer evaluated the availability of the solution, localization for the Russian market, the vendor's investment in product development, and product user-friendliness. GMCS has been chosen as the main RPA partner following a pilot project implemented for Hoff service desk.

“After analyzing the market and having tried UiPath in practice, we have no doubts about the choice of the RPA platform. We have done several IT projects with GMCS. The company perfectly understands our business processes and needs. In today's economy, there is no point in wasting human potential on mechanical tasks that robots can do. We understand this and expect to give employees more time to solve strategic tasks and implement priority projects, as well as increase the flexibility and efficiency of their work,” said Konstantin Peshekhonov, CIO, Hoff.

GMCS is one of the leading partners of UiPath in the Russian market. UiPath, leading the era of "Automation First" era, becomes a platform for digital transformation. The company is championing one robot for every person, delivering free and open training and collaboration and enabling robots to learn new skills through AI and machine learning.

“Together with Hoff, we are working to create a robotization map of business processes. The next step will be the implementation of RPA projects, the accumulation of expertise and feedback to move to the next level - intelligent automation skills. This will maximize the involvement of other departments and divisions in the transformation process and increase team efficiency,” added Ekaterina Korbutova, Business Development Director and RPA Program Manager, GMCS.

GMCS has been working with Hoff for several years. Currently, GMCS provides technical support and development of a single information management system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX, including a cash solution.
