GMCS was recognized as a Technology Leader in Websoft products

Websoft, the leader in the Russian market for software development for HR automation, awarded GMCS (a member of the Maxima Group) with the “Technological Leader” award.

The award ceremony for integrator partners took place as part of the annual conference Websoft.Practice 2024, which took place on March 28-29 in Moscow. More than 350 representatives of leading Russian companies took part in this event.

The presentation of the “Partner of the Year” award was part of a broad presentation of innovative solutions from the Websoft HCM platform for automating HR processes. This year, Websoft recognized the significant contribution of integrators to the software implementation process and emphasized the importance of their participation in the development ecosystem.

GMCS received the award for the technology leadership in performing some of the most challenging Websoft HCM projects. GMCS solves a variety of problems in the field of HR-Tech using the WebSoft integration platform, such as training, adaptation, reward systems, building digital HR.

The Unirest company, which manages the ROSTIC’S and KFC brands in Russia, spoke at the conference with a report “Implementation of Websoft HCM in conditions of turbulence.” Denis Khmyrov, Functional education manager, and Denis Krasnikov, Distance learning leader, spoke about Unirest’s experience in organizing employee training using the Websoft HCM platform, shared their views on interactivity in training and plans for the future. This HR project was implemented jointly with GMCS.
