GMCS signed a cooperation agreement with National Research Nuclear University MEPhI

GMCS (a member of the Maxima Group of Companies), as part of expanding work with universities, signed a partnership agreement with National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, a leading engineering university and the only nuclear research university in Russia.

GMCS will cooperate with MEPhI University in educational, analytical, expert and innovative fields, as well as scientific and practical activities in order to facilitate work and research that is of priority importance for the socio-economic development of Russia.

Students of the Institute of Financial Technologies and Economic Security of National Research Nuclear University MEPhI will have the opportunity to undergo educational or practical training at GMCS, which will help them get acquainted with the practical aspects of enterprise management using modern IT technologies. GMCS experts will also conduct lectures and seminars for university students.

“Despite the historical “nuclear” nature of the university, today our graduates realize their potential in the IT field as analytical specialists proficient in machine learning, big data management and other digital technologies, considering the requirements of information security and economic security. We expect that GMCS will take an active part in the development of educational programs that meet current economic challenges,” noted Anna Norkina, Acting Director of MEPhI University.

“We have previously worked with National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, but today our cooperation is reaching a new level. Already in the summer, university students will have the opportunity to undergo an internship at the company in one of the selected areas,” commented Maxim Yezersky, Vice President of Pechnologies at GMCS.
