GMCS receives Good to Great Award from KPG Training Center

The KPG Training Center recognized GMCS (part of the MT-Integration Group) in the Good to Great nomination for 2024. This award acknowledges the company's efforts in consistent and innovative personnel development.

For several months, over 150 GMCS employees actively participated in training programs based on the analysis of real-world cases. They deepened their professional skills, enhanced their soft skills, and learned to apply modern management approaches during group work.

“Every year, we identify the best projects in three key categories. This year, GMCS was unanimously awarded the Good to Great award. For me, this is a particularly significant recognition, as it reflects a combination of outstanding results, profound insights, and values in the company's development process. Thank you for entrusting us with your team and collaborating with us wholeheartedly!” said Natalia Lebedeva, founder and CEO of the KPG Training Center and professor of business practice at MIRBIS Business School.

The KPG Training Center developed a unique program tailored to the needs of various product teams and specializations of GMCS employees. The primary focus was on mastering leadership skills and diverse management approaches.

“The internal project for personnel training and development has become the largest initiative for our company in recent years. Thanks to the tools we have acquired, employees will be able to address business challenges more effectively in a rapidly changing external environment. They are now better equipped to analyze project situations, identify opportunities and potential risks, improve team communication, and achieve their goals,” commented Maria Venediktova, Vice President of GMCS. “An important outcome has been the strengthening of interpersonal connections among employees from different departments and branches, paving the way for further collaboration and growth. At the conclusion of the program, participants shared their feedback and expectations in a ‘time capsule,’ which will symbolize a new chapter in our corporate training journey.”
