GMCS ranked among Top 3 HR Automation Market Leaders by Smart Ranking

GMCS (a member of MT-Integration Group) has reinforced its market leadership in HR system import substitution, securing a position among Russia's top three integrators for SAP HR replacement projects since 2022, according to the latest Smart Ranking study.

According to the research, Russian integrators have accomplished over 30 projects to replace SAP HR solutions. GMCS accounted for 16.1% of the completed projects in the enterprise segment based on the Websoft HCM platform. At the same time, the market potential remains huge — according to Smart Ranking estimates, it exceeds 300 projects with a total volume of at least 37 billion rubles.

As key facilitators in import substitution, integrators like GMCS bridge domestic software developers (such as Websoft) and businesses by customizing solutions to enterprise requirements.

At this point, GMCS launched its dedicated Websoft-based HR service line, further strengthening its SAP replacement capabilities.
