GMCS projects participate in several nominations of the "Project of the Year 2022" Global CIO competition

GMCS projects traditionally take part in the All-Russian competition "Project of the Year" of the Global CIO | DigitalExperts IT Directors community. This year, the Russian Football Union (RFU) and the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation are nominated for the best projects in their categories.

The "System of appointment of referees for matches" project, carried out by GMCS for the Russian Football Union, participates in the nomination "The best solution in the subject industry". The project had ambitious goals for the transition of the RFU Refereeing Department from the "manual" appointment of referees for matches to a digital format, reducing labor costs and increasing transparency of this process, as well as creating a digital passport of the referee containing historical statistics of the referee's decisions. The project was implemented by GMCS on the "Digital Assistant" model using open source software and advanced development approaches.

The project "Creation of a unified information system for the development of employees of the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation" participates in the nomination "Best Management Project". Developed by GMCS on the basis of the domestic WebSoft HCM platform, the system consists of five modules: adaptation, face-to-face and distance learning, assessment of competencies, assessment of goals and individual development plans. The implementation went in parallel with the formation of the HR transformation methodology of the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation. The system meets the increased safety requirements imposed when working in public administration bodies. More than 1000 workplaces have been automated. At the moment, GMCS continues to develop the HR system.

The project achievements of the participants are evaluated during an online voting by members of the GlobalCIO| DigitalExperts professional community. The voting will last until January 8, 2023 inclusive. The winners will be announced on January 26, 2023.
