GMCS named a Top 20 leading HR Tech solution provider in Russia by CNews

GMCS (part of the MT-Integration Group) has been ranked among the twenty largest players in the HR Tech market in a study by CNews Analytics.

The Russian HR technology market is showing steady growth, driven primarily by active import substitution and rising demand for HR process automation amid labor shortages. As a result, domestic suppliers are seeing increased revenue.

GMCS's revenue in this segment reached 323 million rubles (excluding VAT) in 2024 — a 170% increase over the previous year. The company implemented projects for clients across various sectors, including retail, metallurgy, and chemical and mining industries, serving as an enterprise partner for leading Russian HR vendors. Most of the revenue came from new implementations, with approximately 40% derived from supporting and developing existing solutions.
