GMCS is recognized as the largest provider of IT solutions for the fuel and energy sector

TAdviser published a review "Digitalization of the fuel and energy complex", in which the results of 2020 and the prospects for market development were assessed, and the main technological trends were outlined. GMCS was noted among the largest players in the digitalization of the fuel and energy sector for the second year in a row.

GMCS revenue from the projects implementation for the fuel and energy sector by the end of 2020 amounted to 348 million rubles. GMCS clients include Unipro, SUEK, Kamchatskenergo, NGK Slavneft, etc.

According to the estimates of the HSE Institute for Statistical Research and Knowledge Economics, the demand of the Russian fuel and energy complex for advanced digital technologies in the next decade may grow by 13.5 times (from 30.7 billion rubles in 2020 to 413.8 billion rubles in 2030).

As part of the analytical review, the words of the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Pavel Sorokin are quoted that the transformation of the fuel and energy sector in accordance with climate challenges is impossible without the introduction of modern digital technologies.
