GMCS in the TOP 15 largest HR Tech Market players in Russia

CNews has released the first HR Tech rating. GMCS has entered the top 15 largest players of the HR Tech market in Russia.

GMCS revenue in this area by the end of 2021 amounted to 134,104 thousand rubles. GMCS clients are the Russian Football Union, NLMK Group, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, Fix Price, etc.

According to CNews Analytics, in 2021 the total earnings of the top 20 rating participants amounted to 5.1 billion rubles. Analysts note that in the coming years, the most important factors in the development of this segment of the IT market will be the general trend towards digitalization and the need for substitution of foreign solutions.

"GMCS works with such Russian vendors in the field of HR Tech as WebSoft and HRLink, which are also included in the published rating. As part of substitution, the most frequent requests are the replacement of SAP Success Factors and other Western HR platforms with domestic alternatives. We pay special attention to improving the usability of existing solutions by customers: over the past year we have developed an API connector that simplifies the integration of the BOSS-HR Specialist platform with HRLink and other HR services," says Galina Khruslova, Head of the GMCS HR Solutions Directorate.
