GMCS improves the efficiency of accounting processes for Ammoni’s chemical complex

GMCS (a member of the MT-Integration Group) has helped enhance accounting processes at the Ammoni Group of Companies, one of the largest chemical complexes in Europe.

One of the distribution companies of JSC Ammoni uses the 1C:Accounting system to maintain accounting records, while management accounting is carried out in the ERP system of the production site. Before the project began, invoice data had to be manually transferred to 1C:Accounting after documents were generated in the management accounting system. This process posed risks of errors and caused delays in document processing.

To resolve these issues, GMCS created a unified information space by integrating JSC Ammoni’s ERP system with 1C:Accounting. The integration solution facilitates seamless interaction between accounting systems, streamlines user workflows, and makes invoice generation in 1C:Accounting more efficient. A centralized database of regulatory reference data was also established, eliminating the need for duplicate data entry.

"As a result of the project, we have improved data processing speed, ensured real-time updates in accounting systems, reduced operational costs, and minimized errors. Additionally, we have achieved end-to-end traceability and transparency in finished product sales to end customers. The solution’s architecture is scalable and can be extended to other processes, enabling a unified approach to intragroup integration," says Natalia Gribenshchikova, Head of the Digital Transformation Department at JSC Ammoni.

"GMCS has been collaborating with JSC Ammoni for many years, so we understand the specifics of the customer’s business processes. This experience enabled us to develop an optimal integration solution tailored to the company’s needs. Beyond the technical implementation, we analyzed key processes to identify the most critical data for transfer to 1C, significantly improving system efficiency," adds Dmitry Ruchkin, Head of the Integrated Solutions Division at GMCS.
