GMCS has developed HR-bot for Telegram

GMCS has developed HR-bot for Telegram. Students and graduates can use it to fill out a questionnaire, which will be automatically sent to the GMCS HR department.

The bot’s name is Lera. She is friendly and inquisitive. After talking with her, potential applicants can:

• Take a short survey (university, specialty, a form of study, knowledge of English, etc.)
• Leave contact details (phone, e-mail)
• Indicate career field (development or consulting)

“We quite often attend job fairs, both in Moscow and in the regions where our branches operate. It is not always convenient for students to fill out written forms, as the modern generation is digital and mobile. We decided to make a simple and convenient chat bot in a popular messenger to solve the problems of the initial selection and questionnaire of applicants. The development was completed in a few weeks. Then we decided to call the bot “Lera,” said Veronika Trotsenko, HR Manager, GMCS.

You can find the chat bot in Telegram by the name @GMCS_HR_Lera_bot. To start working with the bot, you must click the "Start" button at the bottom of the screen of your mobile phone. “Lera” is in touch 24 hours a day and is always glad to communicate.

After filling out the questionnaire, it will automatically go to the HR department of GMCS. Our HR specialist will contact you if there are suitable vacancies.
