GMCS entered the TOP of the largest integrators of CRM systemsTAdviser released a review of CRM systems in Russia, in which the state of the CRM market was assessed and a forecast of the development was given. GMCS took the 12th place in the ranking of the largest suppliers of CRM systems.
According to TAdviser, by the end of 2020, the volume of the Russian CRM market increased by 30% and reached the level of 18 billion rubles. Analysts note that the pandemic has revived the market – the revenue of vendors and integrators has grown. For GMCS, 2020 was also successful – the company's revenue in this area amounted to 245 million rubles, which is 10.9% more than in 2019. GMCS clients include TUI Russia, CARCADE, Leroy Merlin Russia, Skolkovo Foundation, NETBYNET, Yota, etc.
According to the TAdviser database, CRM projects are most often carried out in trade, in the field of financial services and nformation technologies.
"Over the past few years, customers have actively included data mining in their CRM strategy for a deeper study of customer experience. Today, the market is facing unprecedented challenges that require prompt correction of customer interaction processes and optimization of automation tools used. On the one hand, it is the support of existing systems, on the other — the search for ways to reduce the risks of operation. As part of the review, the GMCS project on the implementation of a cloud CRM system for the travel operator TUI Russia is presented.
