GMCS entered the TOP 6 largest suppliers of HRM systems according to the TAdviser rating

TAdviser presented the rating of the largest suppliers of HRM systems (HRM - Human Resource Management) on the Russian market. GMCS entered the TOP 6 providers of HR management solutions, and among the integrators, the company took third place.

GMCS revenue in the direction of HR automation by the end of 2020 amounted to 117 million rubles. GMCS implements projects using the WebSoft HCM, BOSS-Kadrovik platforms, offers solutions and services based on HR-Link, PayDay, as well as its own developments (corporate portal, personal accounts of employees, etc.).

Among the most significant HRM projects in the rating, the GMCS project for RUSAL, one of the leaders in the global aluminum industry, was noted. In just 6 months, RUSAL's HR processes (adaptation, training, competency assessment, personnel reserve, individual development plans, etc.) have been digitized on the basis of the Russian WebSoft HCM platform. As a result, an end-to-end and transparent process of human capital development and management has been provided.
