GMCS entered the top 50 largest HR Tech companies according to Smart Ranking

The Smart Ranking agency summed up the results of 2023 in the HR Tech market. GMCS (a member of the Maxima Group of Companies) is included in the top 50 largest HR Tech companies.

 The HR Tech market in Russia is showing steady growth with revenue increasing by 49% to 78 billion rubles. The main trends in market development are the digitalization of document management, the introduction of integrated solutions, the use of AI and low-code/no-code tools.

At the end of 2023, GMCS revenue from projects in the field of HR Tech reached 143 million rubles. The company's main products in this area are Websoft and BOSS-HCM. The key clients include companies such as Eurochem, NLMK, Unirest, United Brewery Holding and others.

That is why there is a growing need for tools for developing and retaining staff, creating an attractive corporate culture and using modern technologies.
