GMCS brings HR services based on Websoft HCM and GPT technologies to Market
GMCS, a member of the MT-Integration Group, is launching its own line of digital services for human resource management on the Websoft HCM platform and Russian neural networks. It includes services for creating digital employee profiles, presenting teams, smart search for specialists, and recording working hours.
The Digital Employee Profile is a universal assistant for team management, combining data on each employee: from basic information to experience in implementing projects and the results obtained. Creating a digital twin of an employee significantly simplifies personnel selection, ensures transparency of interactions between departments and increases the efficiency of internal communications.
The GPT team presentation service is an extension of the Digital Employee Profile, allowing you to automatically create official and more creative descriptions of employees for various tasks: onboarding, providing to an external contractor, preparing tender documents, participating in events, etc. Generation is carried out using Russian neural networks YANDEX.GPT and GigaChat.
The Smart Search for Specialists is built on the basis of the Digital Employee Profile and helps to effectively plan projects, improve resource management and quickly find the necessary expert knowledge for teams. A multi-level search is available by such parameters as questionnaire data, professional qualifications, experience of participation and roles in projects, geographic location, personal preferences and other criteria. The presence of filters and sorting makes the selection of candidates a simple and convenient process, which increases the efficiency of selecting specialists for any external or internal projects.
The Project Management and Time Tracking service is designed to form the composition of project participants, record the time worked and track the main project metrics (cost, deadlines). The solution allows you to track and manage the working time of employees, increase their productivity and optimally distribute resources.
