GMCS became the best partner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

Microsoft has announced the winners of the Microsoft Partner Awards 2021. GMCS became the winner of the competition in Russia, receiving an award in the Dynamics 365 Sales category.

GMCS presented one of the largest projects based on Dynamics 365 Sales – the creation of a digital CRM system for TUI Russia, one of the leading travel companies in the country. The cloud CRM system provides support for sales and service processes in the contact center and the TUI24 round-the-clock support service. Also, the system optimizes the process of receiving and processing leads from 15 sources: TUI Russia and FSTravel websites, company offices, a contact center, messengers and social networks, a chatbot, marketing platforms.

To automate the processes of the partner network, a CRM solution based on the Power Apps Canvas App technology has been developed. Fast integrations have been achieved using Power Automate – more than 15 integrations were performed in less than 1.5 years. The Customer Voice tools helped to automate the processes of conducting surveys and generating analytical reports in CRM.

Companies seeking to increase their market share are starting to include end-to-end analytics in their business toolkit and develop recommendation services using Machine Learning tools – the demand for these tasks is very high now," said Elena Mosyazh, Project Manager and Business Development Director at GMCS.

The international competition “Microsoft Partner Awards” is held annually. It is attended by the companies partnering with Microsoft around the world. Russian partners annually submit successful technological projects to the competition and receive high marks from an authoritative international jury. GMCS is a regular participant in the competition.
