Evgeny Kuchik, CEO of BOSS. HR Systems: “In the era of Digital HR, IT industry faces the challenge of creating a qualitatively new information environment. We have been working on the human resources management software market for more than 25 years and understand that business now needs a modern information and communication environment for personnel integrated into the Digital Workspace. However, it is important that this environment requires centralized support and management from the core HRM system of the enterprise. Based on the organization’s rules, it must orchestrate all processes, route and control them. It is a paradigm we have developed in our product. Together with GMCS, one of our first and leading business partners, we have conceived a consortium with for the practical implementation of a new generation HCM platform, combining the intelligence core and the modern software peripherals of the mass user - a direct participant in HR processes.”

Representatives of the market, HR developers and experts are invited to engage in dialogue aimed at the consolidation of needs, development of standards, formation and provision of access to the ecosystem of digital HR solutions. The consortium declares openness of both membership and platform composition, the solutions of which interact with a single data storage core. Therefore, the consortium received the name consonant to its mission - HR-Dialogue».

Ekaterina Voropaeva, President of GMCS: “We have a long-term partnership, a large number of successful projects carried out using the BOSS-Kadrovik system and various environments. Establishment of the consortium has opened a new stage of cooperation - an open HR platform can develop faster than any other system by attracting the best ideas and solutions from the market. By combining competences and experience, we want to offer the market flexible approaches, services and solutions in intelligent HR automation. The major focus of efforts: the use of predictive analytics, continuous optimization of processes, a single interface for many applications, OpenStack and digital assistants.”

The Russian market has demonstrated different stages of maturity in terms of human resource automation. Many large companies have already completed the phase of partial and mature HR automation. They are ready or planning to take the next steps forward to the intelligent automation (HR Tech 4.0). HR is a strategic partner that helps companies accomplish their goals, keep track of the basic KPI, flourish and grow without hindrance. It is evident that sophisticated technology landscape requires more platform innovations, enabling a new level cross-cutting integration both within the HCM-platform and around it.

BOSS-Kadrovik is one of the leading Russian HRM & Payroll systems. The system supports record-keeping and process-oriented use-case models and has a powerful computational core.
