«DA!» Discount Stores used GMCS solution to integrate with Mercury Federal System

«DA!» Discount Stores transfers data to Mercury Federal System using “VerEx. Veterinary” from GMCS. Implementation of integration solution helped the retailer to get rid of daily manual processing of an impressive amount of paper veterinary certificates. 

The company uses IT system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to manage the retail network. Previously, employees haму manually processed hundreds of incoming paper veterinary certificates every day, and also created many paper certificates to move products from the distribution center to the stores. This movement was connected with significant labor costs. 

Today the solution “VerEx. Veterinary" allows the company to carry out the extinguishment of incoming veterinary accompanying documents and the generation of outgoing documents during the product movement from the distribution center to stores, as well as inventory control.  In addition, the solution allows checking the conditions of "regionalization" - whether it is possible to move a specific product from a warehouse or not. 

“Electronic veterinary certification is an additional quality guarantee for products, which go on the shelves of our stores. GMCS is the official IT partner of Rosselkhoznadzor. Integration solution “VerEx. Veterinary" is designed for food manufacturers and retail chains to provide control over products requiring veterinary certificates.
