CRM system for the Bank of Kazan was developed on the GreenData platform
GMCS (a member of Maxima Group of Companies) has completed the first stage of the project to develop a CRM system based on the Russian low-code platform GreenData for the Bank of Kazan, one of the largest regional banks.
The use of low-code provides a quick start of the functional blocks of the CRM system, such as sales, customer service and marketing.
“We entrusted the construction of the CRM system to the market-proven team of GMCS specialists. The choice in favor of the Russian GreenData platform was determined by the desire to obtain an import-independent solution with the possibility of flexible customization to our needs and high speed of development. Already today, managers use dashboards in the CRM system to track the operational efficiency of processes working with clients,” noted Adel Mukhametzyanov, Director of the Department of Information Technology and Operations of OOO KBER Bank of Kazan.
During the project, a new tool was implemented in the CRM system, which provides the ability to manually select parameters and track the history of interaction with clients in the single client database of individuals and legal entities. For each category, a sales funnel is set up, including the tools for up-selling and processes aimed at retaining customers (loyalty management). Reports on analysis of client activity, depositors, payroll clients and other reports have been implemented for managers.
“For us, this is the first large CRM project based on Russian software in the banking industry. The use of low-code ensures rapid prototyping and adaptation of the platform to customer needs, and also reduces the cost of the project. In addition, we will use our experience and developments in automating customer relationship management processes and call center operations to provide Bank of Kazan with the best practices in this area,” added Aurika Savchuk, Vice President of GMCS.
The high level of customization and flexibility of the platform makes it possible to implement even the most complex business logic, optimize a new solution for current tasks and goals, and easily integrate it into the company’s infrastructure. The created system allows you to track the performance of client managers on outgoing calls in order to inform clients about current offers. For the purpose of data exchange, the CRM system is integrated with the automated banking system and the credit conveyor.
Currently, we are working on the automation of business unit managers’ work. The project is expected to be completed in 2025. By this time, a modern CRM system will be built to fully meet the specifics of the banking industry.
“GreenData has more than 15 years of experience in developing products for the financial sector, and we are pleased that Bank of Kazan has chosen our platform to achieve its business objectives. Our low-code platform allows us to create turnkey solutions for banks, including credit pipelines, risk management systems, and electronic document flow. Thanks to partners such as GMCS, we can offer customers expanded capabilities in the field of automation of customer service processes, sales and marketing,” emphasized Vladimir Kislyakov, co-founder of GreenData.
