PowerApps: a corporate application in 15 minutes

On October 17 GMCS with Microsoft together conducted a webinar about creating enterprise applications using PowerApps tools. Experts shared how to create applications in PowerApps independently without experience in software design and development and they also answered participants' questions.

Dmitry Loboda, an expert on Microsoft business solutions, spoke about the main features of Power Apps and the latest innovations of the service. There is an AI Builder among them. It is a tool for self-learning models to recognize images and text. For example, it is convenient for merchandisers who need to recognize the display of goods using a mobile application. Dmitry also shared the experience of major international companies (Pepsi-Cola, Virgin Atlantic, American Red Cross, etc.) in the use of PowerApps.

Denis Turkov, the deputy head of the development department of GMCS, demonstrated the process of creating a mobile application for vacation coordination in PowerApps online. Denis stressed that any application created in Power Apps can be installed on mobile devices with Android, iOS or Windows.
