GMCS spoke at the 10th anniversary conference “Personnel Training Strategy”

The 10th-anniversary conference, “Personnel Training Strategy,” was held in Moscow on February 13–14. Maria Venediktova, Vice President of GMCS, along with Natalia Lebedeva, founder and CEO of the KPG Training Center and professor of business practice at MIRBIS Business School, presented a report titled “Emotional Intelligence as a Tool for Improving the Efficiency of Internal Communications.”

The speakers discussed a series of business trainings conducted for 150 GMCS specialists, detailing the stages of planning, goal setting, and the results achieved. Conference participants were presented with practical cases and insights gained during the project's implementation.

The conference brought together leading industry experts, including representatives from Alfa-Bank, Dixy Academy, TS "Europe," Ilim Group, AB InBev Efes, Lemana Pro, RESO-Garantiya, Avito, and others.

On the first day of the event, current trends and challenges in personnel training were discussed, including working with internal experts and mass training. On the second day, participants focused on leadership development, management training programs, and HR management.

For GMCS, this project marked an important milestone in internal corporate training last year. It was particularly valuable to hear feedback from industry colleagues who face complex challenges in corporate education daily.”
