GMCS spoke about MRO automation using TURBO TORO

On March 14, a webinar “MRO 360. Automating repairs with TURBO” was organized by Consist Business Group, the developer of the domestic TURBO software platform, with the support of GMCS and NEOLANT Group of Companies.

The experts introduced the wide functionality of the domestic TURBO TORO system and demonstrated the integration of the solution with digital models in the environment of the NEOSINTEZ data management system. The webinar also presented the capabilities of a new out-of-the-box MRO solution with a minimum commissioning time.

Dmitry Tabardanov, Head of the EAM Department at GMCS, shared his experience of migrating from IBM MAXIMO to the Russian EAM system TURBO TORO using the example of a completed case in a manufacturing company. Dmitry spoke about the features of the project, specialized modules (mobile solution, adaptation to the warehouse system and barcodes, robotic system) that were implemented as part of the project.
