GMCS’s customer spoke at the Websoft.Practice 2024 conference
On March 28-29, the Websoft.Practice 2024 conference was held in Moscow, bringing together more than 400 business representatives.
The main topics of the conference included automation, digitalization and import substitution in the field of human resource (HR) management. During the event, an interactive demonstration of the Websoft HCM system was held. It was also announced that the next release of Websoft HCM will be component-based, which will allow users to receive updates faster.
Websoft experts also conducted master classes on working with the platform, from creating a portal and managing processes to training and assessment.
During the second day of the conference, the customer of GMCS, the Unirest company that manages the ROSTIC'S and KFC brands in Russia, gave a report on “Implementation of Websoft HCM in conditions of turbulence.” Denis Khmyrov, Functional education manager, and Denis Krasnikov, Distance learning leader, spoke about Unirest’s experience in areas of organizing employee training using the Websoft HCM platform, shared their views on interactivity in training and plans for the future.
