GMCS planted a garden of digital HR solutions at the Websoft.Practice 2025 Conference

GMCS acted as a partner of the Websoft.Practice 2025 Conference dedicated to the best practices in HR automation. The event took place on March 27-28 in Moscow and brought together more than 400 guests.

The two-day conference program covered current issues of digital HR transformation: from automation of key HR management processes to innovative approaches in corporate training. Participants and speakers discussed best practices, analyzed successful cases and the main vectors of HR automation development. A special track with an in-depth analysis of the capabilities of the updated Websoft HCM platform was held for IT specialists.

Oleg Lysov, Vice President of GMCS, participated in the panel discussion and shared his expert opinion on the key aspects of digitalization of HR processes in the corporate segment. Together with Artur Zakharyan, Websoft Strategy Director, they discussed the capabilities of the new Websoft Enterprise product, which helps solve complex problems of large enterprises.

Alexander Galkin, Vice President of GMCS, and Sergey Safonov, Director of Integrated HR Solutions, explained why personnel can be considered a digital asset, as well as how and why our company transformed approaches to personnel management, including the automation of internal processes.

In addition, new GMCS corporate services on the Websoft HCM platform were presented during the presentation:

  • Digital Employee Profile is a universal assistant for team management, providing access to up-to-date information about employees and their competencies.
  • Smart Search for Specialists is a tool for effective search and selection of specialists based on a digital profile.
  • Project Management and Time Tracking is a service for tracking employee working hours, tracking project progress and controlling their cost.
  • GPT Service for Presenting Teams is a tool for generating presentations of team members in different styles.

Maria Gosteva, Project Manager of GMCS, shared the results of the internal project to implement 360 assessment and explained how out-of-the-box automation makes the process convenient and efficient. Maria noted that using 360 assessment not only allows for assessing employees and their work, but also optimizes the process of recruiting personnel and transferring competencies within teams, creating more opportunities for growth and development. Thus, 360 assessment has become not just an HR tool, but a driver for employee growth.

The interactive master class "How not to "lose" an employee in the pursuit of automation" was held by Iya Kuznetsova, Vice President of GMCS, Sergey Shein, Project Manager, and Alexander Chizhov, Project Manager. GMCS experts talked about common mistakes in the automation of HR processes and tools that will help create an optimal solution. The practical part included practicing the skills of building a User Journey Map (UJM), a tool for visualizing the employee's interaction with the product from the first contact to achieving the final goal.

A striking example of digital HR transformation was the case of ROSTIC`S, a GMCS client. In their presentation, company representatives shared their experience of launching an MVP recognition platform in a digital format for 40,000 employees. They also told how to set up a financial model based on user behavior patterns.

NLMK, one of GMCS's key clients, presented a successful case of comprehensive automation of HR processes. As part of the implemented solution, a single digital service was created on the base of the Websoft platform, integrating three key areas - assessment, talent management and employee development. This approach made it possible to create an end-to-end human capital management system, significantly increasing the efficiency of HR processes in the company.

At the GMCS stand, event participants were able to learn about the company's experience in the field of HR-Tech, see how services based on Websoft HCM work, and get expert advice. As a memorable gift, each participant received flower seeds symbolizing the potential of talents that is revealed with a competent approach to their development.
