The conference focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and low-code technologies integrated within a unified platform. Key trends and practical business automation use cases were discussed by representatives of SberService, Yandex Go, Gazprom Neft, SberLeasing, and Valta Pet Products.
The business agenda featured a total of 11 presentations. BPMSoft CEO Yuri Vostrikov spoke about current market trends, while CTO Alexey Grishin presented the capabilities of release 1.9, reaffirming the company’s focus on scaling embedded AI tools within BPMSoft.

In addition, the organizers presented the results of a study on the Top 10 Digitalization Trends among Russian Companies in 2026 (the public version of the report is expected to be released soon), while colleagues from the Skolkovo Foundation announced a new CRM market study scheduled for publication in early May.
As a BPMSoft partner, GMCS provides expertise and services in comprehensive business automation based on the vendor’s CRM and BPM solutions. GMCS was represented at the event by members of its executive team and subject-matter experts, who not only participated in the business program but also actively engaged with attendees through networking opportunities.
“The BPMSoft Day’26 conference demonstrated that companies are increasingly integrating AI, bots, people, and systems into a unified ecosystem. Automation is becoming hybrid, with AI assistants emerging as an essential component of corporate systems. Low-code, integration, and process platforms are converging into a single technology stack. BPMSoft serves as precisely such a unifying ecosystem, enabling organizations to cover the full cycle—from process modeling to embedded AI and robotic automation. As a vendor partner, GMCS is ready to provide clients with comprehensive expertise based on these solutions, helping automate not just isolated tasks but the core operations of their business,” commented Elena Mosyazh, Business Director at GMCS.
